Envirotech is delighted to welcome the latest member of the team working with Tandem Property Asset Management, recruited after all interviews took place observing guidelines relating to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Pinder Hujan, Managing Director Envirotech FM, said: “With the ongoing situation regarding Covid-19 and maintaining safe practices, we wanted to avoid unnecessary risks wherever possible. As a result, we made the decision to host all interviews entirely via video conferencing and this posed unique challenges for all parties, which everyone enthusiastically adapted to.
“Although it was unusual to not meet candidates face-to-face, Adam Burleigh really impressed everyone with his experience and expertise which made him an ideal candidate for the role of Facilities Manager. We were delighted when he accepted the offer and it is a real testament to the strength of our business that we continue to add to our team during challenging wider economic circumstances.”
Throughout his career in Facilities Management, Adam has been influential in the setting-up and delivering of services from the ground-up on behalf of high-profile customer focussed environments, including the Film studio and Harry Potter tour experiences at Warner Bros Leavesden and the national boutique chain Everyman Cinemas. In addition, Adam has also worked within the renewable energy sector and provided M&E support services to housing, schools and businesses across the Greater London area.
Adam has experience of helping to manage the day-to-day delivery of reactive maintenance services, planned maintenance schedules and building compliance ensuring contractors deliver services according to agreed SLAs. He has also established CAFM systems and working processes to improve work-flow efficiencies within the FM service delivery, guaranteeing the highest level of support to the core business operations.
