OVERVIEW

Envirotech Major Projects has recently completed an office fit-out for a renowned insurance broker at King William Street, London; which is a key addition to their impressive network of global offices.

The new contemporary office space benefitted from updated mechanical and electrical installations with feature lighting throughout, CCTV, access and security systems, decoration including new flooring, carpentry, ironmongery, and repairs to existing ceilings. In addition, works also included the creation of a new kitchen space for employees. 

As a result of being located in central London the project required careful planning, while working closely with the building manager was essential in ensuring smooth processes for deliveries and waste removal. 

The Covid-19 pandemic reached the UK a couple of weeks into the project and, as always, the safety and well-being of our operatives remained absolutely paramount to us. With this in mind, we ensured that we moved quickly to provide and integrate the appropriate safety measures in order to enable our operatives to continue working in as safe a manner as possible, observing all appropriate government guidance on the matter. 

The team worked outstandingly well in extremely difficult circumstances that were subject to change on a daily basis, and it is testament to their abilities that they were able to hand the project over to the client as per the agreed programme.
