Envirotech has appointed a further experienced Facilities Manager to support the growing partnership with Tandem Property Asset Management.

Fernando Jadiel has joined the Birmingham-based company as Retail Facilities Manager South as part of the team managing facilities on the Tandem portfolio across 35 UK retail sites. Fernando is the third Facilities Manager appointed to the growing team in the past three months, following the recent appointments of Majid Mirza and James Armstrong.

Originally from Brazil, Fernando moved to the UK in 2003 and across more than 16 years’ experience, he has held responsibility for delivering FM services at landmark locations including Wembley Stadium and the London headquarters of both HSBC and Marks and Spencer. In addition, while Facilities Manager at G4S Fernando was responsible for the operational delivery of all hard and soft FM services to nine PFI schools within the contract.
